Humans should forget their differences and realize that we are all in this together because it promotes cooperation and understanding among individuals and groups, which leads to a more peaceful and harmonious society. Recognizing that we are all interconnected and dependent on one another can also help to address global issues such as poverty, inequality, and environmental degradation, which affect us all. Additionally, valuing diversity and embracing different perspectives can lead to greater creativity and innovation;

The Wasotsh Movement of Peace and Unity is guided by the following principles:

We believe that all humans are ultimately the same, and that our shared humanity is the basis for building a peaceful and just world.

We recognize that diversity is a strength, and that the differences between us should be celebrated and embraced.

  1. We believe in the power of dialogue and empathy to bridge divides and promote understanding and compassion.

  2. We acknowledge the interconnectedness of all things, and the importance of balance and harmony in creating a sustainable and equitable world.

  3. We recognize our responsibility to care for the Earth and each other, and to work towards creating a more just and equitable society for all.

  4. We respect the inherent value and dignity of every individual, and strive to create inclusive communities where everyone is welcomed and embraced.

  5. We commit ourselves to non-violent and peaceful means of resolving conflicts, and to promoting justice, equality, and human rights.

In support of these principles, the Wasotsh Movement of Peace and Unity advocates for the following actions:

  1. Encouraging open and respectful dialogue across cultural, social, and political divides.

  2. Fostering empathy and understanding towards those who are different from us, and promoting inclusive communities that value diversity.

  3. Advocating for policies and practices that promote sustainability, equity, and social justice.

  4. Supporting non-violent and peaceful means of conflict resolution, and working towards the elimination of systemic violence and oppression.

  5. Promoting human rights and equality for all individuals, regardless of their race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexuality, or socioeconomic status.

  6. Educating individuals and communities about the interconnectedness of all things, and the importance of balance and harmony in creating a sustainable and equitable world.

  7. Encouraging collective action and collaboration towards creating positive change, and empowering individuals to be agents of change in their communities.

Through our actions and advocacy, we strive to build a world where peace and unity are the norm, where diversity is celebrated, and where every individual is valued and respected. Together, we can create a better future for ourselves and for future generations, and build a world that truly reflects our shared humanity.
